Parties & Events at Butterflies for Africa

 

Butterflies for Africa is a great venue for your events from kids parties to baby showers to business meetings.

Arranging you party with us is simple. Give us a call or use the form on this page to :

1. Select the venue and booking option that suits you.
2. Then if you require catering choose the cakes or platters you'd like us to prepare for you.
3. Finally we stock a range of butterfly themed party items such as invites, balloon, cards, gift wrap and party packs to make your planning extra easy!

 

If you would like to book a party at Butterflies for Africa please fill in your requirements below and we'll contact you regarding availability and price. Please note bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance.

We do not have availability on Mondays and after 4pm. Catering equipment is available on request.
Additional charges will apply if jumping castles are brought onto the property. Water slides are not permitted.
50% deposit required. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to booking otherwise deposit will not be refunded.
You may bring your own food but now cooking or very loud music allowed on our premises.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Venue Hire Rates:

Party Room
This spacious area offers a basic venue ideal for kids activities. The room has rubber mat flooring and ceiling fans. Furnishings consist of plastic chairs, stools, wooden tables and trestle tables.

Garden
Our lovely "butterfly foodplant" garden may be used for an outdoor party. Please note the garden does contain open ponds so please keep an eye on your children.

The coffee shop may also be used for parties provided eats are purchased. Please note no food or drink not purchased on these premises may be taken into the coffee shop. Please use our other rooms or garden for self catering parties.
